The SCSE-club is responsible for the Cão da Serra da Estrela's development in Sweden. Our main goal is to encourage and promote breeding of:
- Healthy dogs, both in temperament and body.
- Typical dogs according to breedstandard - both in exterior and function (working abilities).
The breed's development is almost exclusively based on the specimens used in breeding. Of this reason it is important to have a common breeding policy that secures the breed's future.
